SCOTT D. RUDNICK

Scott D. Rudnick is the senior attorney with the Law Office of Rudnick & Hosek, Ltd. Mr. Rudnick’s individual practice focuses primarily on real estate, banking law and civil litigation, including personal injury and domestic relations cases. Scott has been licensed as a title Insurance Agent by the State of Ohio since 1985. He has been a practicing attorney for over 35 years, and has received the Martindale Hubbell Distinguished Attorney rating.

Over the course of his thirty plus years of legal practice in the Greenville community, Scott’s zealous advocacy for clients has solidified his reputation for results and led to his having been voted “Best Attorney” in the Darke County Readers’ Choice Awards in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2015.

Scott is a long-tenured member of the Darke County community, having raised three daughters in Greenville. Scott presently resides here in Greenville with his wife, Kim.

NATHAN D. HOSEK

nathan copyNathan D. Hosek began his practice in Greenville in June of 2009. Nathan’s practice has focused largely on transactional law, with most of his work falling in the realms of estate planning, business planning, real estate law, estate administration, and bankruptcy. Nathan was a past president of the Darke County Bar Association, and serves on the Board for the Boys and Girls Club of Greenville, Inc.

Nathan earned his JD from Ohio Northern University in 2008, having graduated with high distinction. During law school, Nathan earned top course grades for his coursework in estate planning, business planning and corporate taxation. He grew up in nearby St. Marys, Ohio, and now resides in Arcanum with his wife, Roslyn, and their daughter, Ayla and son Benjamin.

MATTHEW C. JOSEPH

matt copyMatthew C. Joseph joined the office in 2013, shortly after he earned his JD and passed the Ohio bar exam. Matthew’s experience has focused largely on criminal defense, and has also included civil litigation, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate law.

During law school, Matthew gained valuable experience as a certified legal intern handling criminal defense matters in the Lima Municipal Court. Matthew also established strong legal research skills, having earned legal research certifications from both Lexis Nexis and Westlaw while in law school. Matthew also participated in the Sports Law Society during his time at Ohio Northern University.
